An ancient, deeply historic boundary and landmark stone situated on the Hill of Garvock in northeast Scotland. Historically recorded in regional charters as a key parish and barony march stone, local tradition also associates the red-hued monolith with medieval skirmishes, marking the traditional territorial boundary lines between ancient estates in the Mearns.
